On November 1, marking the beginning of Fall, come together for a yoga and meditation, breathing and sound session to recharge your soul and give yourself the gift of strengthening and healing.
The sessions occur against the backdrop of magical Jerusalem – both the Old City and the New City – and in the spaces of the exhibit “On the Other Side” by the artist Zadok Ben-David, currently being shown at the Museum.
The breathing session led by guides from the Art of Living, one of the largest international humanitarian organizations in the world, offering workshops on breathing, yoga, and meditation for self-development.
The yoga session led by wellness entrepreneur Laura Gilinsky. Like prayer, Yoga Synagogue-Ah! is an experience of time, place, and movement. Fluid and regular yoga sequences enable participants representing any religion, gender, and background, to set the mundane aside for an hour and concentrate on movement.
Closing session with sound healing led by Erez Ben Simhon, musician and creator, vibration and healing sound therapist.
