The “Spirit Stone” exhibit in the new gallery at the Tower of David, is the first part of the exhibit “Jerusalem School,” celebrating 100 creative years in Jerusalem. “Spirit of Stone” presents Hebrew art in Jerusalem until the 1950’s. This is a tribute to the Tower of David Exhibitions, the first Hebrew art exhibits in Israel presented 100 years ago in this exact place – the Tower of David Citadel. Featured artists: Boris Schatz, Ze’ev Raban, Reuven Rubin, Joseph Zaritsky, Else Lasker-Schuler, Anna Ticho, and more.
