This tour (in Hebrew) centers on personalities in the famous Jerusalem Salomon family and their life stories as they have been woven into the stories of Jerusalem and the nascent State. Among them: Yoel Moshe Salomo, a journalist and builder of Jerusalem’s new neighborhoods; Musa Salomon who fought in the battle for breaking through the walls of the Old City in 1948; and Yaacov Salomon, a Jerusalem lawyer during the founding of the State. Among the sites in the tour: Synagogue in Nahalat Shiv’a, Salomon Square, Salomon Printing Press, District Court.
