Three days of activities at the Tower of David and select nearby sites, for children completing 5th and 6th grades
We invite you to leave the screen behind and instead gain experiences!
Activities include games and tours at the Tower of David, tours in the Western Wall Tunnels, Mishkenot Sha’ananim, and the fountains at Teddy Park, team building games, workshops and more, while learning about Jerusalem’s history.
Activities will be held partially outside (generally in the shade), and in the air conditioned galleries and the auditorium.
For the tour in the Jewish Quarter and the Western Wall, the group will be accompanied by a security guard.
Monday-Wednesday August 5-7
Monday: Activity day at the Tower of David: scavenger hunt, team building games, mosaic workshop
Tuesday: the Tower of David and the Old City: the riddle of the Menorah activity at the Tower of David, tour in the Old City: Western Wall tunnels and the Jewish Quarter
Wednesday: the Tower of David and the New City: activity at the Tower of David about settlement outside the Old City walls, tour to Mishkenot Sha’ananim, Teddy Park fountains and ODT activities.
Every day a movie will be shown between 2:30-4:00pm for those who are interested.
Please bring:
Hat, breakfast, water bottle, comfortable shoes or sandals (not flip-flops or slides), sunscreen.
