Gallery talk – “On the Other Side:  Zadok Ben-David” with Eilat Lieber, Curator and Director of the Museum

“On the Other Side” presents sculptures and video works of the international artist Zadok Ben-David, one of the most successful Israeli artists in the world. Some of the works are site specific, created especially for the exhibit, and some works are being presented for the first time in Israel.

The tour will go through the Tower of David and its archaeological courtyards, to view the various works in the exhibit. Learn about Ben-David’s unique connection to the Gaza envelope, and the added significance of the artist’s works after October 7th. Examine the artist’s connection with the natural world and discover both sides of his unique works.

Tour includes coffee and pastry of your choice at the new coffee shop “HaMigdal” (the fresh pastries come straight from “Harim Bakery”). The coffee shop is located at the entrance of the Museum, opposite the breathtaking view of the Jerusalem walls.
