    The Musrara neighborhood was established in the 1880\u2019s by esteemed families in the Arab community, and included nice homes next to religious buildings such as St. Paul\u2019s Arab Episcopal Church and the Italian Hospital. After Israel\u2019s Independence War, the neighborhood was annexed to West Jerusalem, and new immigrants, mostly from North Africa, were settled here. Later, Musrara was identified with the Black Panthers movement, and became a center for their operations.<\/p>

    Walk in the Musrara neighborhood, today home to important cultural and educational institutions, and visit the home of neighborhood resident Lenny Wolfe, art collector and antiquities dealer, who will tell about his work and about the unique collection in his home.<\/p>
