Do you know where the inspiration comes from for Israel&#8217;s 1 shekel coin today?<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">On June 1st the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=94x6oBuCpyU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tower of David Jerusalem Museum reopened following a $50 million renewal project<\/a> that took 10 years in design and 3 years in construction. <strong>The guided tours in English of the new Tower of David Jerusalem Museum pass through the impressive galleries combining genuine archaeological artifacts with movies, interactive screens, and innovative video-art presentations that trace the history of the city from Biblical times to the capital of the State of Israel.<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The tour first explores the chronological history of the city and then, looking at large scale models, the tour continues through to look at Jerusalem&#8217;s sanctity to Judaism, Christianity and Islam through time. Touch the stones of Jerusalem&#8217;s history from First Temple Period until today in the ancient citadel of Jerusalem.
