This time, we will dedicate the day to the theme of renewal. We will listen to what within us is seeking renewal and make room for it. We invite you to a special day at the Tower of David, combining movement, reflection, and music among the walls of the Old City.

We will begin at 8:00 AM with a yoga session at the Observation Point, overlooking the magnificent views of both the Old and New City. From 9:00am to 1:00pm, we will come together for experiential practices, movement, sound healing, listening and sound. The day will focus on letting go of automatic patterns and the tensions that have accumulated in our bodies. It is an opportunity to set down the weight we carry and encounter ourselves from a clearer place, opening up the possibility of new movement.

At 1:00 PM, the musician, Orka, will join us for a moving performance – a live musical experience, full of presence, bringing together voices, people and place.

✦ Please bring a yoga mat, your own large towel and a bottle of water for the yoga session.

Schedule

7:30am Arrival and settling in

8:00am Start of practice

8:00–9:00am – Yoga on the Observation Point

9:00am–1:00pm – Reflection

1:00–2:00pm – Orka Live in Concert

About the facilitators of the Day of Reflection

Michal Lichtman guides and supports people through processes of raising awareness and creating inner balance, fostering a connection between body, mind and soul. Visit her website

Tali Appel is a group facilitator and AI artist who explores what it means to be human in a technological age, combining the philosophy of science with Eastern philosophies. Visit her website

Yael Ben-Reuven guides and supports people in processes of discovering their own inner voice through body psychotherapy and work with Tibetan singing bowls.

Orka (Orka Tepler) is a musician, singer-songwriter and composer, and a pioneer in the field of sacred singing in Israel and around the world.

[33

post-50847","events","type-events","status-publish","hentry","events-categories-culture
[33
[6866
on-site
Migdalor once again opens a door to the light with a live performance by Orka and a unique Day of Reflection.

Migdalor ♡ Orka Live in Concert and A Day of Reflection

<meta name="description" content="A Moment in Time.
