    This summer, take a break and join us for sunset yoga on the walls of the Tower of David, every Tuesday throughout July.<\/p>

    Overlooking the magical scenery of the Old and New City, we will practice a dynamic yoga flow suitable for participants of all experience levels, including beginners. Through the synchronization of movement and breath, we will create a sense of presence and mental calm while strengthening and increasing the body\u2019s flexibility.<\/p>

    Come end your day with movement, tranquility, and inspiration just before sunset, surrounded by the breathtaking view of the city walls and the Citadel.<\/p>

    Instructor: May Shmilovitz – yoga teacher, touch therapist, and women\u2019s circle facilitator.
    On 7\/7, the session will be led by Adi Herut, a certified yoga instructor from the \u201cPram Yoga\u201d tradition.<\/p>

    Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.<\/p>
