The Center invites each visitor to help shape the evolving character of the city, the country and wider society.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The Centger serves as a bridge between old and new, the sacred and the secular, uniting a mosaic of languages, cultures, and traditions that form Jerusalem\u2019s vibrant heart. The Center strengthens the bond between Jerusalem and Jewish communities in Israel and worldwide, while warmly welcoming all with historical or religious ties to the city, regardless of faith.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Located within the Tower of David Citadel, the Education Center is the gateway to the richness of Jerusalem. It is a hub for information, exploration, and meaningful encounters &#8211; illuminating the city\u2019s history, diverse communities, and ongoing challenges as it builds a shared future.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The Center will provide inspiring, educational programs that honestly and courageously address Jerusalem\u2019s complexities and its pivotal role in Israeli culture. With a sense of responsibility, it tells the story of this city at the center of the world, honoring its sacred importance in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The Center is a place for personal connection, inviting each visitor to weave their own story into Jerusalem\u2019s narrative and deepen their personal, religious, or national identity.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">High-quality, creative programs leverage our unique setting and content is grounded in academic research, delivered by top educators and guides and enhanced with innovative technology.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The Center opens doors to all, fostering connections and cultivating leadership within varied communities.
