Cholent in the heart of the ultra-orthodox neighborhoods in preparation for Shabbat. Through pashkevils, charity boxes, and unique clothing get to know the lifestyle and ultra-orthodox view on diversity. Reveal the weekly occurrences surrounding cholent, the tradition of cholent through history, and its preparation in different communities. Includes cholent and kugel tasting and a local bakery tour.

Please come dressed modestly – the tour is in an ultra-orthodox neighborhood

Meeting point: Entrance to the open market (Machane Yehuda) on Jaffa Street.
End point: Geula (we will return together along Jaffa Road)

Comfortable shoes recommended | Please arrive at the meeting point about 10 minutes before the tour begins.
