A ticket to the museum includes:

- Entry to the new permanent exhibition
- Access to the moat and the Kishle
- Climb to the Phasael Tower lookout (360° view of Jerusalem)
- A visit to the new permanent exhibition of the museum, guided tours in the museum, entrance to the moat, ascent to the observation point on top of Phasael Tower, a 360° view over Jerusalem, and wandering the courtyard of the Citadel.
Please note: The new museum entrance is located to the right of the exit plaza from Mamilla Boulevard. Look for the three red flags bearing the museum’s name.
