A musical experience celebrating seventy years of creativity, song, cinema, and Jerusalem, by Yehoram Gaon – artist, actor, and singer who has left his mark on Israeli culture.
Through interactive exhibits, videos, unique clips, rare items from Gaon’s personal collection, and an audio guide narrated in his own voice – we will discover the journey of a boy, born and raised in Jerusalem, who became a national symbol and the soundtrack of an entire nation.
The exhibition surveys key moments in Gaon’s life: from the neighborhoods of Jerusalem, through military troupes, plays, films, songs, and recordings – all the way to his current work. Among the exhibits are iconic hats, original manuscripts, rare items never seen before, and many other surprises.
Additionally, the exhibition displays stunning clips directed by Maurice Ben Mayor and Kobi Farag, a transparent sound studio where you can record your own cover song and receive a personal video souvenir, and a rich, beautifully designed exhibition catalog – for those who want to take the inspiration home.
The exhibition will be displayed until December 2025.
