A tour devoted entirely to Jerusalem poetry and literature, connected to the days of Elul and Tishrei and filled with renewal, beauty, and a sense of roots.

We will walk through the streets and alleys of Mishkenot Sha’ananim and Yemin Moshe, continuing to the Hinnom Valley and Jaffa Gate. We will hear about the longing, beauty, renewal, and eternity found in Jerusalem, moving between those days and the present.

We will encounter a poet who saw himself as a servant of this city; another who claimed that Jerusalem is always two; a poet who was, in fact, a “psalmist”-a word she herself coined; and more.

The ticket includes admission to the “Singing Love for Jerusalem” performance, which will take place after the tour in the Citadel Courtyard, hosted by Tal Ne’eh.
