Come be a young Jerusalem guide at a course at the Tower of David!
“Guideposts” is a program in conjunction with the Tower of David Jerusalem Museum and the MAI Center Jerusalem, the urban center for leadership and activism for youth in Jerusalem. The program will prepare Jerusalem youth for guiding groups and tours.
We invite you to get to know Jerusalem from the inside, in the most fun atmosphere there is 🙌
Program includes:
- Professional tools for guiding groups, through experiential and active learning all around Jerusalem. Tour together in different neighborhoods of the city, historical sites, museums and more.
- During the program, hear the stories of the people of Jerusalem: those who fought over it, built it, sanctified it, painted it, and those who continue this process today.
- Graduates of the program will get an official young tour guide certificate, and will enjoy preference in the youth positions at the Tower of David.
The program will be held on Sundays, between 4:00-6:00pm, during the months of January through June 2025 (First meeting: January 5, 2025)
Some of the meetings will be held at the Tower of David, and some will include tours throughout the city.
