Celebrate Independence at the Tower of David!
On Independence Day, actors at the Citadel representing national heroes from all the periods and genres – King David, Deborah the prophetess, Benjamin Ze’ev Herzl, Leah Goldberg, Meir Ariel and the Pilot “S” – recounting their story – the story of us all.
Also: troupes of singers and drummers performing in the Citadel spaces, tour of the new permanent exhibition galleries and of the exhibit “Jerusalem School” focusing on 100 years of Jerusalem art (tours leave every half hour), costume booth, and creative workshops.
Activities until 4:00pm, the museum is open until 5:00pm

The new entrance to the Museum is next to Mamilla Rd, a 5 minute walk from the City Hall light rail stop near Safra Square.
