Between the first train station and an old windmill is one hill surrounded by many interesting sites – Bible Hill.
Begin the tour at one of the most exciting archaeological sites in Jerusalem, the tombs of Ketef Hinnom from the days of the First Temple. From there ascend for a visit to St. Andrew’s Scots Memorial Church, established during the British Mandate, and hear about the heart of the beloved king, Robert the Bruce, and other stories connected to the place. From there continue to the Jerusalem House of Quality, today housing artists’ workshops, and finish at the observation point on Bible Hill.
Tour includes entrance to a church, please dress modestly (no sleeveless shirts or shorts).
Meeting point: Lions Fountain (opposite the Liberty Bell Park gas station)
