Magdalor opens another door to the light, with a two-day yoga retreat held in the magnificent Tower of David citadel, set against ancient stones and history.

The retreat is an invitation to pause and look honestly inward – especially during the short and dark days of the year. Over two days, we will look at everything that has grown within us: what protects and supports us, as well as the limiting patterns we have developed.

Just before Hanukkah, we will learn to awaken and illuminate the parts within us. Through experiential practice, listening, and laughter, we will explore the possibility of living from our inner light and balance.

The retreat will be led by Michal Lichtman and Tali Appel.

Details:
✦ The retreat includes floor practice. Please bring a yoga mat and a large personal towel.
✦ No prior experience required.
✦ The retreat includes a light meal and a coffee station throughout the day. Please bring a personal water bottle.
✦ The event lasts two days, not including accommodation.
✦ Accommodation can be purchased at the Christ Church Guesthouse adjacent to the Tower of David through the retreat production team.
✦ On Friday afternoon, 12/12, there will be a performance by Mark Eliyahu at the citadel. The retreat does not include entry to the performance. A performance ticket at a 50% discount – for retreat participants only – can be purchased with a discount code that will be sent after purchasing a retreat ticket.
✦ Please note: the number of spots is limited.
