A moving and unique tour following David Grossman’s novel *Someone to Run With*, that will take place during the same time of year in which the events of the book unfold-summer vacation.
We will follow the route of Dinka the dog and Assaf, who is drawn after her through the alleyways of central Jerusalem. We’ll visit the places where the story takes place-both those that exist in reality and those that almost do: Theodora’s Monastery, Sergei Courtyard, Cats Square, the Russian Compound, Leah’s restaurant, and more.
Along the way, we’ll weave together the history of these buildings and the people who built them with passages from the novel.
Meeting point: Safra Square, next to the piano
End point: Even Yisrael neighborhood
